oh,and i tried to be a good student and use what i learned in the class--mise en place--when i cooked. mise en place means when cooking,preparation should be done before the actual cooking process. i prepared everything i needed--sesame oil, olive oil,seaweed,little dried shrimp,tofu,salt...then i found there was no place for me to cook.
CONCLUSION:mise en place is not something you should do in McGill.
