准备好材料。

青椒，胡萝卜，天津绿白菜，还有妈妈自己卤的牛肉，都切成丁。

馒头切小块，是妈妈蒸的杂面馒头。

盐，鸡精用温水冲开，放入酱油，还有鸡蛋。

炒锅放油，先放胡萝卜和青椒翻炒，

再放馒头，要把馒头炒干。

泼入酱油水，用铲子泼匀在馒头上，看到放入酱油水后冒的蒸汽了没。烟雾缭绕啊。

继续翻炒，待馒头的水分慢慢炒干，放入牛肉和白菜，翻炒。

待水分炒干，在馒头上泼上鸡蛋液，我的鸡蛋放少了，炒出来应该是黄黄的颜色，儿子不让放多鸡蛋，哈哈，只有这样了。
